Where are you located?
We are located at 32 N Gilbert Rd Gilbert, AZ 85234 just a few blocks south of Downtown Gilbert.

Do we need to sign up online to attend a class? We ask that all guests to sign up online. This secures you a seat. Many of our classes sell out in advance and we would hate to turn away any walk ins. Sometimes a class may be rescheduled or cancelled and we would hate for you to show up and nobody be there.

Are we allowed to bring in our own beverages? Due to our liquor license, we do not allow any outside beverages to be brought into The Art House. All alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will need to be purchased through us at the time of an event. We have a great selection of wine, beer, bubbly, and soft drinks that we’re sure you’ll find something you’ll like!

What is your cancellation policy? We have a 48 hour cancellation policy to receive a full refund. If a cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours before the class time we will issue you an Art House giftcard to use for any future canvas or watercolor class. No shows will not receive a refund or credit.

What are your store hours? We don’t necessarily have “Business Hours,” we are only open during classes & private events. If you would like to view our space, please leave your contact info and our Event Coordinator will get in touch to set up a time for you to pop in.

Do you rent out your space for non art related events? Yes! We have held many baby and bridal showers, birthday and retirement parties! You can find more info regarding renting out our space here

We want to book a private party, what is the best way to get ahold of you? Email, email, email. We try to maintain all party inquires via email. This helps us stay organized and we like to have everything in writing so there is no confusion on both ends.
